2. Information on how to enter forms part of these conditions. Entry into the competition constitutes the entrants’ acceptance of these terms and conditions.
3. Entry is only open to Western Australian residents 18 years and over. Employees and their immediate families of Experience Perth, Tourism WA, Crowne Plaza Perth, IHG and participating businesses are not eligible to enter.
4. The promotion commences at 4:00 PM WST on 19th December 2014 and closes at 5.00PM WST on Sunday 12th January 2015.
5. To enter, participants must:
a. Complete the requested details on the Experience Perth official Facebook page and submit their entry.
b. Answer the question correctly to go in the running to win the prize.
c. A bonus entry will be rewarded if entrants of the Experience Perth FACEBOOK page visit the Crowne Plaza Perth Facebook page and enter through their competition application, and vice versa.
6. Entries are limited to one per person on each of the Experience Perth and Crowne Plaza Perth’s FACEBOOK. Any double entries will be removed from the prize draw excluding the clearly marked bonus entry.
7. The promoter reserves the right to remove and exclude any entry from the competition at any time. Any use of robotic, mechanical, automatic, programmed or like methods of participation will void each entry made in this way.
8. There will be one winner chosen at random from the correct entries.
9. Judging will take place at 10am Tuesday 13th January 2015 at Crowne Plaza Perth 54 Terrace Rd, East Perth, WA, 6004.
10. All judges’ decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including entrants’ identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrants for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Entry.
12. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable in any from.
13. The winner will be contacted by email on Tuesday 13th January 2015 via email.
14. A FACEBOOK post will be made on the Experience Perth and Crowne Plaza Perth FACEBOOK with the winner’s first name and last initial only on Wednesday 14th January 2015.

16. All prizes are subject to availability and the individual terms and conditions imposed by each operator.
17. Accommodation voucher is valid for 25th and 26th January 2015 ONLY.
18. The Bell Tower voucher is valid until 30th June 2015.
19. The Perth Mint voucher is valid until 30th April 2015.
20. City Sightseeing Perth, hop-on-hop-off bus tour voucher is valid until Friday the 19 June 2015.
21. The prize is valued for up to 2 people and the room sleeps a maximum of 2 people. Only the prize winners and paying guests will be allowed to access the hotel on the day. All guests will need to show their ‘access lanyard’ to gain entry to the hotel.
22. All prize vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
23. All prize vouchers must be presented for redemption.
24. All prize vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
25. If the prize is unclaimed 7 days after the first correspondence with the original winner their prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be chosen.
26. Any personal information collected on the entry form will be used by Experience Perth and Crowne Plaza Perth for marketing purposes. Entrants have the option to unsubscribe from any electronic information.
27. The winning entries will need to coordinate their own travel, accommodation and booking of tours outside of prize inclusions.
