FRIDAY GRILL NIGHT

Every Friday night Gusti Restaurant will feature the Gusti Grill menu. It’s the perfect way to enjoy your favourite meat with your choice of side and selection from the salad bar. Grill options from the land include fresh local WA produce; choose from succulent scotch fillet, sirloin steak, pork cutlet or spring lamb rack. Should you prefer the sea there is a choice of Tasmanian grilled salmon, barramundi or whole jumbo tiger prawns.  Top your selection with a sauce and add 1 side to make the perfect meal plus the salad bar will be stacked high for you to enjoy. Best of all finish the night with a delicious desert ~ warm apple crumble with cream anglaise.

Baby cos, mesculin, rocket, baby spinach, carrot, red onion, cherry tomato, beetroot, Lebanese cucumber, kalamata olives, marinated feta, candied bacon, croutons, parmesan flakes, caesar dressing, pesto, dukkah spice.
