Does the hotel have car parking? Can I reserve a parking lot?
Yes, self-parking is available at $20.00 per car, per night onsite until car park is full, then offsite car park at Secure Parking – Fortescue Centre (150m away from the hotel). Parking does not need to be pre-booked and is allocated on a first come first serve basis. On arrival at the hotel, please utilize the 10 minute drop off zone to park whilst you check-in and the reception team can assist with parking information. Please advise your car registration plate number upon check in and parking is payable on check-out if not included in your accommodation package. Alternately there is street ‘pay-and-display’ parking.
How do I book a room with a balcony?
To book a balcony room please choose one of the below room types:
> Superior Queen River view room (located on Level 3 – Level 9)
> King Swan River View (located on Ground or 1st floor)
> Premium Queen River view room (located on Level 10 – Level 12)
> Premium River View King (Located on Level 12)
> Premium River Suite with Spa (Located on Level 12)
What room has a Balcony with view and a Spa?
Our Premium River Suite with Spa are the only rooms with a Balcony and a Spa.
Is the Crowne Plaza Perth located close to sporting arenas?
The hotel is located 15 minute walk to the WACA and only 2.4km away from Optus stadium. Free buses to major sporting events leave from Adelaide Terrace a short 5 minute walk away.
Can I have a bath?
Most hotel rooms come with baths except for the wheelchair access rooms. Please confirm upon booking.
Does the hotel have free wifi?
Yes the hotel has free wifi available in all areas of the hotel and all rooms.
Does the hotel have a pool?
Yes, the hotel infinity pool is located on level 3 and opening hour is 630am-10pm. Lounge chairs and cabana’s are available for guests to enjoy the views of Langley Park and the Swan river. Meals and Beverages can be ordered via room service to the Pool deck.
Does the hotel have a fitness centre?
Yes, the hotels fitness centre is located on level 3 and opening hour is 630am-10pm.
What is check-in time?
Check in to the hotel is at 2pm.
Can I have an early check in?
Early arrivals can be requested, but not guaranteed before 2pm unless the room is booked and paid for the night prior. Alternatively, you are more than welcome to drop your bags off with the concierge team and utilize the hotel facilities until the room is ready.
What is check out time?
Check out time at the hotel is 11am.
Can I have a late check out?
You may request a late check-out however it is subject to availability and will incur a late checkout fee.
Do I have to pay a bond on check in?
Yes, If paying by cash or debit card, full payment plus $100 bond is required on check in. If using credit card, a pre authorisation of total accommodation and an additional $50 per night will be required.
Do I need photo ID to check in?
Yes, a valid Australian Driver’s Licence or passport will be required for check-in.
Can I have a room with no feathers?
Doonas, pillows & some mattress protectors are all feather, we can provide non feather bedding upon request.
Can a family of 5 fit in a twin room?
Yes, a rollaway bed is available complimentary for a 3rd child.
Can I have an extra bed in a Queen Riverview room?
No, roll-a-way bed can’t fit in our Queen Riverview rooms.
What does hotel offer for breakfast? What does the breakfast inclusive rate offer?
Breakfast is served in Gusti Restaurant on the ground floor. A la carte menu is available Monday to Friday and a hot Buffet Breakfast is available on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. Opening hours are 7am-10am Monday-Saturday; 7am-11am Sunday and Public Holidays.
Breakfast inclusive accommodation rates are for adults only. Package options – Monday to Friday: A full plated breakfast or choice of 2 x Items plus a hot beverage per adult; Saturday and Sunday: Buffet & self service coffee. Children’s breakfast incurs an additional charge.
Buffet price: Ages 0-3; complimentary, Ages 4-12; $10 per child; Age 12 and above: $24 per person. Monday – Friday: A la Carte options available
What are the dining options at the hotel:
Gusti Restaurant is available for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Bookings for lunch and dinner are recommended. Gusti Terrace and Bar are open all day with Happy Hour from 4:30pm – 5:30pm.
Can I leave my luggage before/after check in/out?
Yes, guests are welcome to leave their luggage with the front desk after departure at no charge.
Where is the closest public transport?
The hotel is perfectly located for easy access to transport with a free CBD buses from St George’s Terrace.

Do you offer guests a shuttle service to and from Perth International Airport?
Crowne Plaza Perth does not utilise a shuttle service to and from the airport. To get to our hotel from the Perth Domestic and International Airports the easiest option would be a Taxi or Uber, taking anywhere from 20 – 35 minutes to get to the hotel. Do you have room with connecting doors?
Connecting rooms are available upon request and can be confirmed at the reservation stage. Connecting rooms are Standard Twin to Standard Twin, Superior Riverview Queen to Superior Riverview Queen, Premium Riverview Queen to Premium Riverview Queen and River Suite to Queen or King Premium Room.
