Theo Randall is a celebrity chef based at the InterContinental Hotel Park Lane in London; voted the best Italian restaurant in London. Theo’s love for Italian food came from his visits as a child to Italy. Theo wants to make Italian food an every day experience for everyone. He’s created dishes that Italians love: both traditional trattoria-style and new ones shaped by his personal culinary journeys in Italy. Originating from India, Vikas came to Australia in 2009, where he began his career in Port Douglas located in Australia’s far North Queensland. In 2013, he joined Crowne Plaza Perth and has since then, continuously delivered an inspiring array of fresh, locally sourced dishes. With a background in Indian cuisine, Vikas has incorporated his heritage into a modern menu by adding his very own Indian spin to his ingredients.
